Flightcontrol was born out of deep frustration with the trade-off between good developer experience with PaaS or full control on AWS. Co-founders Brandon and Mina independently converged on the same idea to tackle this challenge. When they met, they instantly bonded over this shared vision and deep personal values. The rest is history.

Brandon is known for creating Blitz.js, an open-source Next.js toolkit used by thousands of companies around the world. Prior to starting Flightcontrol, he was a fullstack software engineer. And yes, he’s an airplane and helicopter pilot.

Mina has been working with AWS since EC2 and S3 was all they had. Customers are consistently impressed with his vast backend knowledge gained by years of working on enterprise applications. He’s a husband and father of two girls, and a gamer at heart.
